Restorative

Which class is for you?
Restorative breathwork activates your parasympathetic nervous system and our vagus nerve. The restorative breathwork class creates a sense of inner peace, clarity and calm. If you are at a time in your life where you are already very anxious or going through a very difficult time, you may find the restorative class more beneficial.
The activating breath work class activates your sympathetic nervous system first (fight/flight) before activating the parasympathetic system. The activating class may surface blocked and supressed emotions, resulting in a release. Leaving us feeling lighter and rejuvenated.
